How satellite communication works?

We generally know satellite right which receive and transit the communication or information to the receiver or sender.In these blog I will explain  how the satellite communication works?

Satellite communication works of combination of oribiting satellite above the earth to communicate or information sending through ground station in the form of signals using microwaves.However, a Royal Air Force man named Arthur C. Clarke developed the first workable concept and presented it in a paper called 'Extra-Terrestrial Relays.' The first artificial satellite, known as Sputnik 1, was launched by the Soviet Union on October 4, 1957. This was the main space throught the communication system with a diameter of 58 centimetres.
